The Big Bournemouth Wedding Show 2027 is HERE… and after a huge amount of number crunching, floorplan reworking and ongoing negotiations with Bournemouth Pavilion, we are so excited to be bringing the show back for 2027.

Like many large-scale events, rising costs have created challenges across the industry, however we truly believe in this show, in the power of face-to-face wedding marketing, and in the strength of the wedding industry as a whole. Our goal has been to create a show that remains impactful, worthwhile and financially achievable for exhibitors.

For 2027, there are some important changes:

• Stand pricing has been reduced — with 2027 prices now LOWER than 2025

• Three simple stand size options only

• One fixed price throughout — NO early bird or late bird pricing

• Reduced category limits to maximise exposure for those booked on

• Once a category is full, it is FULL

• New payment structure: 50% on booking, with the remaining 50% due later

As always, we will continue to heavily promote the event and work hard to deliver the quality footfall The Big Bournemouth Wedding Show is known for. In return, we ask exhibitors to actively get involved in promoting and sharing the event too, together we create the buzz, excitement and attendance that makes the show such a success.

We have worked incredibly hard to make 2027 happen, and early support from the industry will play a huge part in securing the future success of this event.

Will you be handing out food or drink samples? Please NOTE that you will be required to provide in advance relevant health and safety/hygiene certificates for any food/drink handed out at the event. There are also limits to the size samples allowed

I confirm that I understand that a health and safety declaration will need to be signed and full risk assessment of my stand will need to be completed no later than 1 month before the event

I confirm and agree there is to be no cross promotion of another business. This includes verbal promotion, literature promotion and displays on your stand. This ensures fairness to all exhibitors who have paid to showcase their business.
